Chill Stays needed more than a brochure site — operators, cleaners, guests, and laundry logistics all had to run on one coherent system. They also needed Scout: a friendly, Chill Stays-only AI assistant — not a generic chatbot — that could handle real operational traffic across phone calls, email, helpdesk tickets, and WhatsApp, with memory so conversations stayed in context.

Multiple user types with different permissions and journeys: guests booking stays, owners managing properties, cleaners handling turnarounds, and laundry runs scheduled from native apps. On top of that, support volume spanned channels that do not share context by default. Scout had to feel on-brand, stay scoped to Chill Stays, remember prior interactions, and hand off cleanly to humans when needed — all while content and listings remained editable without developer deploys.

Built a custom stack around a bespoke CMS for marketing and property content, a dedicated guest booking engine, and role-based portals for owners and cleaners. Extended the platform with a laundry booking subsystem and companion iOS and Android apps. Integrated Scout as an in-house AI layer wired into the same operational data model: persistent memory across channels, unified handling for calls, email, helpdesk tickets, and WhatsApp, and responses grounded in Chill Stays' properties, policies, and workflows — not third-party generic support bots.
